The connecting bridge between the Eastern and
Western Railway Stations.
In the good old days of steam, this bridge would
often fill with smoke and was a train spotters
delight. You could visit both stations with a
single platform ticket.
Below are two photographs taken from this
bridge.
The first one is looking west while the one at
the bottom is south east with the Horton Road
gasometer in centre picture.
